Master Instructor- Teresa Arth Keyboard, Vocal Specialist & Beginning Instruments
If you are a serious piano student you may want to stop and book a lesson with Ms Teresa right now. Her education heritage goes back in time through centuries with her teacher Ruth SlencZynska and her teacher and his teacher etc dates to Beethoven and Bach.
Her piano whisper ability to see a technical or note challenge and to give you the immediate tools to get on track is what makes her teaching abilities uncanny. Progress while increasing musicality and understanding are her goals.
Starting as a teacher at 16 to children at her church, she then went on to teach for her Band Directors music school. During her college years she worked extensively during the summer with band and music camps and has always been on the new edge of technology with keyboards and recording. She has worked as a Music Educator for K-12 at a Catholic school and taught music in Greenville Illinois at the middle school and for Greenville College. Her real passion is sharing her mastery of many styles from classical, to Gospel, Jazz, Rock and Ragtime.
She has taught hundreds of students from 3-79 years old.
Teresa worked for the privilege during her Sophomore year at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, for acceptance as a student of the Legendary Concert Pianist, Ruth Slenczynska; completing Her Bachelor's and Masters classes.
She has devoted herself to making the study of music accessible to her community near Branson, Missouri and teaches students as far as Germany and Panama.
Teresa is winner of SIUE Concerto Competition, Illinois State Fair Piano Champion, and Winner of Multiple Talent Competitions
JOSHUA BREEDLOVE Percussion and Band Specialist
Joshua Breedlove is a teacher with a lot to share. He is a Performer in Branson,Mo with a prime drumming position for the Legends in Concert. He has performed on Cruise ships and he has a great command of music.
Shannon Rose. Guitar, Bass, Strings
Shannon is the daughter of Teresa Arth and is a multi-talented individual. She has played every instrument in her home and plays most of the Clarinet family. She is a singer and song-writer and is comfortable teaching styles from the 60's to present. A certain comfortable fit for your teen and fun teacher for younger students.

With the advances of technology, students can experience lessons with our professional experienced staff no matter where you are.
Peer interaction inspires creativity in kids, but they don’t always have access to in-person lessons. We’ve adapted our lesson programs for remote learning, keeping fun and interaction a priority in the online environment. Parents enjoy the freedom of online learning while kids enjoy the social benefits of making music even from home.
Lessons in the Studio

Lessons at I-ROCK-U Group Music School keep students engaged by combining a fun environment, peer support through group rehearsals and performances, and a curriculum centered on personal musical interests. This builds confident students who feel successful, so they want to play more, they stick with their instruments, and reap the long-term benefits of playing music.
Private lessons at are available on guitar, drums, bass, piano/keyboard, and voice in weekly 30-minute 45-minute,or 60-minute sessions.

Our music programs for kids and teens are designed to inspire by getting students on stage and performing, with the goal of building strong musical proficiency.
KIDS ROCK 101
We believe a child’s first exposure to playing an instrument sets the tone for the rest of their music education. Kidz Rock allows kids to experience the ultimate musical accomplishment within a few weeks; singing, playing, and performing in a rock band!
Kids Rock is a music program that teaches children from 7 to 11 years old how to play an instrument in the setting of a rock band. Band members rotate on drums, electric guitar, and keyboard as they prepare to sing and play in an end-of-session concert. All instruments are provided by Michigan Rock School and there are no practice expectations outside of the class.
Skills and concepts taught in each Kids Rock class include:
- Rhythmic and dynamic concepts
- Age-appropriate note reading
- Playing guitar
- Playing keyboard/piano
- Playing drums
- Singing
- Playing together as a band!
